When Last We Met

October 5, 2009 at 10:36 am Leave a comment

Last Wednesday during speech class, nearly everybody did their reading. It was interesting to hear what everyone read—no one read the same thing. There was a range of readings, from historical speeches to children’s books. During the class we each learned about what people are interested in (like deer hunting) or what books their children enjoy.

I was also happy that everyone did so well. And even though everyone was a bit nervous, we tried our best to not let it show, and to have fun presenting. That meant that even the people listening in the audience were bound to have fun as well.
