Nerves

I am very nervous about speech class this quarter. I am pretty outgoing, however, I do not like to speak in front of a group of people. In class on Wednesday we talked about how most of your nerves aren’t noticeable to those around you, but I’m sure I will be an exception. I tremble, and when I do, my voice shakes a lot. Being a red head with fair skin; I flush very easily. Any time I get nervous, or start to speak in front of a group of people, I begin to feel the redness creeping up my neck and into my face. Flushing is very embarrassing to me. So, when I start to flush, I get embarrassed, and then flush even more. Which, might I add, is VERY noticeable to those around me. boo.
