Beginning The Journey!

Like a lot of you previous bloggers, this is my first blog of the class. By reading a few of the previous blogs, I see a lot of people deal with nervousness and anxiety throughout the process of giving a speech. I share this anxiety with all of you, but I believe mine is a different type of anxiety. I get nervous during a speech mostly in concern of the quality of my speech. Most of you said that you get nervous due simply to the fact that you have to speak in front of people. I guess this is where our anxiety contrasts. Simply talking in front of people does not make me nervous, it actually gives me a sense of excitement.  Connecting with a group of people is something I really enjoy!

See everyone in class!

I am the same as you in the sense of anxiety. I am not that nervous about speaking in front of people, but I am nervous about how my speech will come out.
I wish you the best of luck this quarter!
