Ughh…I’m next aren’t I….

I walked up to the front of the class…my heart was pounding in my chest. I had my Bible in my hand.  My friend introduced me to the class. I was concentrating on getting deep breaths so my voice wouldn’t quiver…showing how nervous I really was. I looked at all the eyes staring back at me…and oddly enough I wasn’t as nervous. Today was my first speech in speech class. We were instructed to read something to the class that meant something significant to us. I chose to read Psalm 107 from the Bible because it is inspiring to me. I personally think that everyone that went today did an awesome job!!! C=
