Silver and Gold

March 18, 2010 at 9:21 am 1 comment

When I was a little girl I belonged to Girl Scouts. At the end of our meeting we would close by singing a song that suits this occasion:

Make new friends but keep the old

One is silver and the other’s gold.

We all will be moving on with our lives, but will always remember the good times had in college.God bless each and  everyone of you.

I remember that same closing quote! I was in Girl Scouts for a couple of years too.
