Informative Speech

May 6, 2010 at 10:06 am 2 comments

Yesterday I got some feed back from Candee (my speech instructor).  As I was reading her feedback,  I saw something that made me mad but I understood too. Before I gave my speech about Tina Turner Candee said, ” I hope you’re not going to read your speech.” I knew that my confidence went down and I did not feel anything. When I got her feedback I saw that she wanted me to redo my speech.  I understood why.  It was because I read my speech when I wasn’t supposed to. But when I do it again, hopefully not if front of the class again, I will be ready and will prove to her that I can make a speech without reading it.

Hey girl! I’m sure you’ll do great next time! But be sure you don’t make the same mistake as me and memorize it-it’s not much better than reading it. :/ Good Luck! 🙂
