speeches and presentations

Speech class is fun. My classmates and I laugh a lot every class. We all have a good time and Mrs Basford makes speech class fun and interesting. I have already become a little more comfortable standing in front of people. For example, I had to give a presentation in American Politics and it worked out better than I thought it would. Also, not only has my courage for standing in front of people improved but I have learned to present my speeches and give my points and facts. Even though I am still nervous my confidence is better because Mrs Basford is teaching all of us the knowledge on how to present a speech.

That is a good insight Jamison. I feel a lot better about speaking infront of people now than when we started. I dredded the first speech, but when I finnished I realized that it didn’t kill me.
