Huhhhhhh……

So, the first speech was a little nerve racking. You can put me anywhere in the class and I can talk, but there is something about the front of the room that totally shuts my brain down. Just to utter of one word is complicated to achieve. I have never known a stranger, you would think that this would be easy for someone like me, but it is one of the hardest things I have ever done. Maybe it’s because when your in the middle of the classroom when you talk you know you may have been heard, but that doesn’t mean they are paying attention. While standing in front of the class you know all eyes are on you and the simplist thing becomes the hardest thing when you know they are paying attention. I can publicly speak… but I do believe public speaking isn’t my thing. I will keep trying until I am comfortable doing it though.

It is hard especially when you read something as personal as you did. You did great…it only gets easier. Keep it up.

I thought you did a very good job on both your reading and your informative speech. You do a lot better than you think, just remember we all are nervous and we all fumble for words at times. Keep a the good work.

I thought you did a wonderful job on the first speech. It let us peer into your soul, since you read something you wrote. It was a very touching and moving reading. That i believe everyone in the class could learn from.

Your brain seemed well on track. I thought you did well trying to teach some of us something we knew nothing about…
