Finishing Strong

After the way everyone performed with their persuasive speeches, how could one say we didn’t finish strong.  I really enjoyed  everyone’s speeches.  Tori’s speech about the use of cell phones will driving was a real eye opener to me.  I will surely alter my routine on that.  I also thought Eric speech about parental guidance was extremely from his heart.  Everyone did exceptionally well on their speeches.

As for me, I know for some reason I struggled on this one.  I am really not sure the reason for that.  I thought going into it I was ready to convenience you all that we need to have alternative energy sources.  When I finished my speech, I realized I didn’t present my topic very well.  Hopefully everyone was able to see there are different ways of alternative energies out there.

I was really dreading taking this class when I registered for it.  As everyone knows, speaking in public is one of my biggest fears.  Although I still have some doubts, I feel this class as helped me tremendously to overcome some of those fears.  I want to thank everyone in the class for helping me overcome this.  I wish everyone the best in what they do.
