1st Speech Down!

Well the first speech was not as bad as I thought it would be. I know I need to work on showing more emotion when giving a speech. Many of the students showed a personal connection with their reading, in which I did not show much emotion with my reading. I think it helps receiving criticism from our classmates to inform us what they enjoy about the speech or what they think we need to improve on. I am feeling very comfortable giving speeches now. I just want to become a better speaker and to keep improving.
