organizing your speech

Chapters 8 and 9 were very helpful to me, it explained step by step how to begin a speech, organizing it and how to end it. I have my topic picked out for my next speech and I think that these two chapters will help me a lot.

I really like hearing a speech when it starts out as a story, I think everyone has a story that they could tell and sometimes that story makes a difference in someone’s life. I’m actually getting excited about giving this speech, hopefully I will be able to organize it well enough to make a difference in someone’s life or at least have people thinking a lot.
