Informative Speech

November 4, 2010 at 10:20 am 2 comments

When giving my informative speech, I felt I shared with the class more about me and information they did not really know much about. I loved talking about the topic I chose. When listening to my classmates I learned a lot from their speeches. Everyone had very interesting topics. Many of the speeches were very moving and very personal. These stories made me think about being in their shoes. I really like giving speeches and hearing speeches because I get to learn more about my classmates.

Your speech you gave about volunteering at the hospital was great! You not only told your story but you also told the class how to get involved which i thought was great! I also agree with you about the speeches other students gave. They definitely made you feel like you were in their shoes. Everyone did a great job at grabbing the listeners attention and pulling them in!
