The Last Persausive Speech

November 28, 2010 at 8:33 pm 2 comments

The last speech was not nearly as hard as I thought it was going to be. In fact this speech was my favorite because it reflected everything I’ve learned throughout the class. Once I chose a topic that I felt secure with, one that I believed in the speech itself turned out better than I expected. I guess everything we did read throughout the chapters is true. The persuasive speech helped me understand the meaning and importance of being able to be an efficient public speaker. There is always going to be issues that need addressed and problems  that we are all going to face. Learning the fundamentals of speech has helped me because now I can stand up for myself and others in a professional way and be heard. I hope everyone enjoyed my speech and that I made a difference.
